Volkswagen New Mobility Van Rebates
The company who sponsors "The people want it now" event is making sure they meet their customer's mobility needs. Volkswagen offers reimbursements on equipment to make your vehicle work for you.
Volkswagen will provide up to $1,000 towards the purchase and installation of lift equipment, carriers, hand controls or pedal extension on any eligible Volkswagen model.
Important facts to consider:
- Volkswagen must be notified within 120 days of the original purchase of any modifications
- Only applies to eligible vehicles years 2007, 2008 and 2009
- Volkswagen reimburses only the actual cost, up to the maximum allowed. For instance, if a modification cost the customer $500, the reimbursement is $500. If the modification cost $2,000, he or she receives the reimbursement maximum of $1,000.
To qualify for the program the owner must complete the Mobility Access Claim Form and mail the form along with required documents to:
