Directory of public transportation services which include regional paratransit services such as the Heartland Senior Services, Intercity transit, and Cedar Rapids transit. - Law, Health Policy and Disability Center
The center's main focus is on public policy and making an impact on persons with disabilities in areas of employment, self-determination and self-sufficiency. - Great Plains ADA Center
The Great Plains ADA Center serves individuals and entities in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. They provide technical assistance, training and materials to educate people about the American Disabilities Act. - Iowa Able Foundation
Helps Iowa residents purchase adaptive devices and equipment and make home modifications through its loan programs. They assistive technology funding also covers vehicle modifications and wheelchair purchases. - Iowa Program for Assistive Technology
Works to promote and create changes in regards to assistive technology and its use. They work with consumers, family members, service providers and other state and local agencies to spread awareness, training and policy work. - Iowa Division of Persons with Disabilities
The Division of Persons with Disabilities exists to promote the employment of Iowans with disabilities and reduce barriers to employment by providing information, referral, assessment and guidance, training, and negotiation services to employers and citizens with disabilities.
